This Refund Policy outlines your rights and our procedures regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges for orders within the United Kingdom.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order. However, due to the nature of our products, returns are only accepted in limited circumstances.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in its original condition
  • The item must be unused and unopened
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • You must provide proof of purchase

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of opened or used fragrance products unless they are faulty or defective.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item is:

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, most fragrance products cannot be returned once opened or used. This includes:

  • Fragrance oils

We also do not accept returns on:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Used or opened products
  • Items not in original condition

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to change a product:

  • Request a return (if eligible)
  • Once approved, place a new order for the desired item

Our store currently serves customers within the United Kingdom only.

Refunds
